5. Permanent disability due to an accident

Included expenses. When the cover for health care expenses due to an accident is contracted without providing an amount and it is recorded in the schedule as "included", this health care must be provided at the hospital centres and by the medical personnel chosen by common agreement by the insured and the insurer. The insured has the option of using physicians or clinics that he or she has freely chosen, for which the insurer will then only be liable for up to a maximum of 3,000 euros, which includes all treatment expenses included in the hospitalisation. When the insured chooses this latter option, it automatically means that he or she may not accept the option of included expenses without a quantity limit. Nevertheless, the insurer will pay for all expenses derived from emergency care or first aid, regardless of who provides it.
